The Statewide Early Childcare Organizer will lead efforts to build and mobilize a statewide parent-led advisory council focused on ending exclusionary discipline practices and policies in early childcare settings across North Carolina. This role is central to EJA’s mission to dismantle the school-to-prison and school-to deportation pipelines and eliminate exclusionary disciplinary practices that disproportionately impact Black and Latine.
